Late Start, but Still Progress
The Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong has released its cruise business review for 2023. Despite a slow start, the port has witnessed a gradual recovery in cruise traffic.
The Port Hong Kong cruise ship schedule indicates that various cruise lines, including Silversea, Mein Schiff, Viking, and Royal Caribbean, are scheduled to visit Hong Kong in 2023.
As the first global cruise line to visit and sail out of Hong Kong since the pandemic, Mein Schiff 5 and Royal Caribbean International's Serenade of the Seas will be stationed at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
The cruise industry in Hong Kong is expected to continue its recovery in the coming months, with additional cruise lines and ships scheduled to visit the port throughout the year.
